If you've been treated at the Helios Center you have signed the Consent Form and agreed to the previous statement.  But what does it mean?

We want it to mean we will make more money, be more successful, feel more energy, eat healthier, find more satisfying relationships and come to peace with any unfairness we may have experienced without any additional effort on our part.  Wrong. 

Living Wellness is NOT easy.  We may very well make more money, or be more successful, but we will be asked to work harder.  We may feel more energy, because we will be asked to give up late night TV for longer sleep.  We may find more satisfying relationships, because we may be asked to swallow our pride.  We may come to peace but only because we have found the courage to forgive.

None of the "Fundamental Life Changes" are handed to us.  They must be earned.  This is why we practice, so when life says, "Are you 'Ready' to change?"  We can sincerely and wholeheartedly answer, "YES!!!"

Discovery Workshop An experiential hands-on workshop using a combination of breath, touch, movement, and focus to create and allow inner awareness.  The results are often a sense of relaxation, inner peace and confidence.  These exercises are unique in that they cue the nervous system in a genuine gentle way to create sustainable changes in perception of life, reaction to stress, and relationship to others.  Cost $35.

Transformation Workshop  The workshop is designed to teach and expand upon experiences to promote change and human potential.   Prerequisite: Discovery Workshop, commitment to daily SRI practice. And Dr.'s consent . Cost $40

Working With Mirrors  A new class!!  Dr Linda will open the doors to the intricacies of Network Spinal Analysis.  Come learn the jargon and never again be irritated and annoyed by not understanding.  You will learn the meaning of phase, level, gateway, entrainment, heel tension, adduction and so much more.  FREE.
